How You Could Be A CEO Seductress.

“It is not enough to conquer; one must know how to seduce.” - Voltaire

“The strength of the feminine is that of seduction.” - Jean Beaudrillard

Hi Lovely,

Bet you are wondering where I’m going with this one, hey?

I’m really excited about a book that i’ve just found by the talented author, Betsy Prioleau, called “Seductress: The Women Who Ravished the World and Their Lost Art of Love”

Having read Regina Thomashauer’s, “Pussy: A Reclaimation” last year and loved it, this one is filled with history, femininity and the power of turn on, so I knew this was going to be the next one on my bedside table.

I grew up feeling awkward, gangly, I had a crooked nose from breaking it as a child and my self confidence just didn’t exist. At school I was bullied by the ‘beautiful girls’ and so I gravitated to spending time with the boys. My days were filled with acting out the night before’s ‘Who’s Line Is It Anyway’ episode or watching movies and generally hanging out with them. I had no idea about attraction, and relationships were totally off my radar until my late teens.

It wasn’t until I went to university that I felt I could be the beautiful woman I was growing to be. I had moved from a sleepy North England to the vibrant city of Edinburgh and there I felt a feeling of freedom to be myself, and although it wasn’t a conscious decision decided i could be whomever I wanted to be, and I was going to attractive and claim it.

Attraction isn’t about the type of clothes you wear (or lack of) or the way you style your hair, attraction is an energy. We have all heard of The Law of Attraction, right? It’s an energy that any women can turn on at any time. It’s not slutty, it’s not vulgar, but what it is is that magnetism that draws people to you purely because it feels good to be around that energy.

I guarantee this will not resonate with everyone who reads this because as a society we have been told to believe this type of energy is negative and that good girls would never and should never behave like this.

However, with this theme in mind I invite you to begin to use it in your business and particularly in your marketing. I’m proposing you look at your business in another way, and here’s why.

You are not going out into the world, hoping and trying to get people will buy from you, you are offering a service, you are powerful, you are a leader, you are the person your clients are looking for and you are attracting them in with the seductive energy of who you are.

Like an energy tap, keep the turn on turned on and allow the energy to flow into every aspect of your business.

How does this feel to you? Scary? Liberating? Sit with it for a while.

How would your confidence change? Would you be bolder? Stronger?

How different would your business be? Would you still be offering the same service for the same price or would you step up your game? Would you be a beacon of light calling in your soul-mate clients?

Are you ready to embody the seductive woman your truly are?

As the book’s title says this art has been ‘lost’ and In the world of business women are often seen as second class citizens. (Even I’ve gone into lead a meeting and been told by an old, male, dinosaur of a client to go and make the tea - milk and two sugars! But that’s a story for another time.) Empowered, seductive, passionate, soul-led women are so needed in this new era we are heading into. We are the ones to guide the business forward in a new and beautifully balanced masculine and feminine way. It’s time to take the control back, come out of the shadows, put down the kettle, pick up the tabs, write the cheques, make the decisions and be the leaders we have secretly always been. We just seem to have lost ourselves along the way.

If you are anything like me you will have been hearing the CEO Seductress whisper for a long time. You may have used the time/ family/ finance/ not good enough/ who am I to do this excuses to block it out (I know I did), but I know the CEO Seductress is waiting to be awoken within many of you.

My invitation to you to remember the magnificence of who you really are, what you are meant to be doing, who you are meant to be serving and most of all remember the deep, feminine power that flows through every fibre of your being from your soul and out into the world.

Love Sarah x
