About Sarah

Sarah Asquith-Vallance is a neuroscientist, psychologist and the creator of The Empowered Mind: A Business & Money Mindset Mentoring and Brain Training brand that supports coaches and experts to grow their business and financial success with mindset led, brain science backed solutions.

Sarah has a BSc. (Hons) in Neuroscience and has worked in-depth in autism, neuroplasticity and brain reprogramming and she brings this into the ‘mindset-led brain science backed’ work she offers her clients. I’m really busy, how much time do I need to dedicate to The Empowered Entrepreneur?

All of the work we do in The Empowered Entrepreneur is time you would be spending on your business anyway, but now you have specific steps to take and a plan to follow.

I recommend incorporating the work into your morning and evening routine.

The Hot-seat Q & A is 1 hour (every 2 weeks) to allow time for that as well as time for implementation. for 1 hour for your private coaching call (30 mins for the call and 30 mins to order and action your notes.) if you are working privately with Sarah.

You will continue to have access to the material after you complete the 90 day programme so you can support yourself and your clients after the course has ended.

I'm still studying/ training/ working for someone - is it too soon to join The Empowered Entrepreneur?

No, not at all. If you take this programme while you’re still in training, you’ll be in a great position to hit the ground running as soon as you have the certificate in your hand. I wish I’d had this support from the colleges and business courses I had attended so I didn’t have to try and figure it out all on my own. Why does this programme have a strong mindset lead?

Most business related courses lead with marketing, and marketing can be a bit ‘faddy’. Each week you are told there is now a new way to connect with your audience. The type of marketing often recommended is very dependent on your stage of business (Growth phase £0 - £100k or Leverage phase £100k+) and often the wrong type of marketing is ‘sold’ to clients at the wrong business phase, so when it inevitably doesn’t work people feel that they are not good enough or they did something wrong.
